Abstract

Thunderstorms occurring at Dum Dum Airport have been classified into four categories based on pressure and temperature variation. In majority of cases, pressure rises and temperature falls were observed. Occasions with other combinations of pressure and temperature also existed.. Representative cases have been presented and discussed, Hailstorms accompanied by pressure rise have also been presented.
